It used to be so close

those faraway thoughts,

futures ahead and better worlds,

stages where life could be more fair,

a place for all, a care for Earth.

Back then the dream

was to finish with greatness

but there was and there is

always room to improve,

interrupted processes

so, the end never really came,

but obviously deadlines make us suppress.

Individually felt so out of hands

and a little easier when the goal was shared

to hold the heavy weight of choice

cause those visions can never be made alone.

For now, those dreams are paused for myself,

trying to turn the stops in little steps,

improvements continue in alien space,

examples everyday of good

and also, an awful lot of bad;

I don’t wanna take part on the wrong side.

At the end we are just tools

and believing in almightiness

is the mindset of a fool;

no knowledge is absolute,

no life is the same,

how could we attempt to determine

how people should live or be,

is pointless and selfish to think we can tame.

But we do can help

in small or big takes

allow more humans to enjoy their space,

let them live and form their place.
